Shipping information for USA orders
Effective immediately, a €10 surcharge applies to all orders shipped to the United States. This adjustment reflects the additional costs incurred by our partners to ensure delivery in compliance with local regulations.
Please be aware that, due to US customs regulations and recent import updates, some packages may be temporarily held at customs for clearance. During this process, customs authorities may require payment of additional taxes or duties, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient under local law. We are unable to predict or control customs clearance times or the amount of any additional charges, as these depend on current US regulations.
