You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with LongLifeLiquid, without any penalty, within ten (10) days from the day you receive the products purchased on www.exasys.it.
To withdraw from the contract, you must send an email to: [TO BE COMPLETED: LongLifeLiquid email] clearly stating your personal details, order number, items being returned and the reasons for the return.
Shipping costs are at your expense, including liability in the event of loss or damage to the products.

The Right of Withdrawal – in addition to compliance with the terms and conditions described above – is deemed to have been correctly exercised only if all of the following conditions are also fully met:

  • the email must be correctly completed and sent to [TO BE COMPLETED: LongLifeLiquid email] within 10 days of receiving the products;
  • the products must not have been used or damaged;
  • the products must be returned intact and in their original packaging;
  • the returned products must be sent to LongLifeLiquid (at the following address: [TO BE COMPLETED: LongLifeLiquid address]) in a single shipment. LongLifeLiquid reserves the right not to accept parcels from the same order returned and shipped at different times.

If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the methods and terms set out in this section, LongLifeLiquid will refund any amounts already collected for the purchase of the products, net of the shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products.

LongLifeLiquid will also refund the shipping costs for delivery of the purchased products only in the event that the return of products is due to causes attributable to LongLifeLiquid, such as where the products do not possess the essential characteristics promised, have manufacturing defects, or where errors occurred in their delivery.

Amounts will be refunded as quickly as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date on which LongLifeLiquid became aware of your exercise of the right of withdrawal. Refund procedures will be initiated once correct compliance with the terms and conditions set out above has been verified.

If the methods and terms for exercising your right of withdrawal, as specified in this section, are not complied with, you will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid to LongLifeLiquid; however, you may reclaim, at your own expense, the products in the condition in which they were returned to LongLifeLiquid. Otherwise, LongLifeLiquid may retain the products, as well as the amounts already paid for their purchase.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law, and in particular by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 on distance contracts and Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects of electronic commerce.
